- How do I register for an account?
Please go to our Sing up page to register for an online account with Omochi Store.

- I have forgotten my password. What can I do?
You can request a new password by clicking on 'Forgot your password?' on the Sign In page. We will reset your password and send you a new one.

- What payment forms are accepted on Omochi Store?

We accept the payment method only Credit-card or Apple Payment via "Stripe".


- How much is shipping fee to my country?
If you want to confirm the shipping fee:
After placing an item in the cart, on “your cart“ page, click “Calculate Shipping”.
Or you can also confirm the shipping fee on payment section.

- When are you going to ship the item?
I will usually ship within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment.

- How long does it take for my order to arrive?
The item will be delivered from Japan and the delivery date will differ depending on the shipping method.
You can confirm the additional fee upon check out.

- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to worldwide to all countries!

- Where is my order?
You will receive an email once the order has gone through. We'll also notify you when the package is shipped. If you have any questions whatsoever, please contact us!

- How can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order. Once the item/s has been fulfilled and marked as shipped we will not be able to make any changes to your order.

- How often are new products added to Omochi Store?
We generally introduce new products every week, follow us on instagram and Twitter to keep up on all the exact launch dates and times.
